What services do you provide?

  • We design, produce, and fulfill custom apparel and promotional items
  • We offer screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl
  • We manage online stores for select partners, handling everything so it's completely hassle-free
  • For banners and stickers, we're happy to connect you with our friends at Spray Less Wraps!

Is there a minimum requirement?

Yes - our minimum for screen printing is 12 units per design. If you're looking to order fewer than 12, feel free to reach out and we'll see what options may be available.

What's the turn-around time for volume orders?

We pride ourselves with our efficiency without sacrificing quality! Once your order is confirmed, we ask for 2-3 weeks, with most orders fulfilled in about 1.5 weeks. Depending on the quantity, design, and timeline, we may be abler to accommodate rush orders - just let us know what you're working with. In addition to this, if you're located within 30 miles, we'll personally deliver your products for FREE!

Are there any additional fees?

Yes - to keep everything fair and high-quality, we have a few standard fees:

  • Setup fee: Applied to any design with 3 colors or more
  • Rush ordes: May incur an additional fee depending on quantity, design, and timeline
  • Art or design fees: May apply for custom artwork or special file preparation

We always let you know about any fees upfront so there are no surprises.

When will my product be shipped?

All fulfillment dates are listed in the description of the product. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 1-7 business days depending on your chosen shipping method and any external factors like weather or carrier delays. You'll also receive a tracking number when your order is fulfilled so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What Does "GetchuOne" Mean?

"GetchuOne" is a universal term that is used to congratulate achievement or motivate others to be successful. The term "GetchuOne" is an alternative to many common phrases such as "good luck," "congrats," "good job," "keep it up," and many more.

What is the "G1C"  and what does it mean?

"G1C" stands for GetchuOne Crew! Once you make a purchase, you become part of our family, the GetchuOne Crew! Additionally, we made a FaceBook group where we share discount codes, give you a sneak peek into upcoming products, allow you guys to choose our next products, and so much more. Moreover, the GetchuOne Crew is a welcoming community and open resource in which the members can encourage and help others!
