Refund policy

All GetchuOne products are made to order, so we do not accept standard returns.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Due to the custom nature of our products, replacements may not always be available, but a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

We provide detailed product information, including size charts, to help customers make informed purchases. Please review the size chart carefully, as we are not responsible for items that do not fit as expected.
